It was established under the New Zealand Companies Act 1955 and the provisions of the Samoa Ordinance 1935. Its primary objective was to operate a vehicular and passenger ferry service between Samoa and its neighbouring islands.<BR><BR>Its registered office is currently located at Matautu-tai, Apia.<SPAN style=\"COLOR: #1f497d\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/P>\n<P style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=MsoNormal><FONT color=#000000><FONT size=2>We have a fleet of six vessels including the newly launched Lady Samoa III with a capacity of 740 passengers and 40 vehicles that is now operating between Upolu and Savaii. This new state of the art vessel which features a business class section of 48 spacious cushioned seats, steward assistance, light refreshments serve on business class, on board canteen, sick bay, flat screen TV for in house entertainment, elevator and mobile facilities to accommodate all. In conjunction to this we have a VIP lounge on both Mulifanua and Salelologa ports for the comforts of business travelers.
